Terms of order and cancellation: The order can be confirmed in two different ways:
1) with a bank card (number and validity period), which guarantees your reservation, and 48 hours before the day of arrival, €50 is reserved from the bank card given by the hotel to guarantee the order. If the bank card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
2) Prepayment for the entire amount of the order – at the time of making the reservation, the entire amount of the order is booked from your bank account or bank card.
If you cancel the order less than 48 hours before arrival, the hotel has the right not to refund the pre-paid amount.
The cost of an extra bed for a child aged 4-12 with breakfast is €20 per night, accommodation for children aged 0-3 with their parents is free. Use of baby bed €10 per stay. Children aged 13+ with breakfast 30€ per night.
Pets are welcome in our hotel and there is an additional charge of €20 per stay.
